Real Estate Exam by State

Contact, and who actually handles it

There is no inbox behind this site, so there is nobody here to write to. We are not a commission, a test vendor or a school: we cannot book or move an exam, refund a fee, explain a score, approve prelicense hours or issue a license. What to do about a mistake on a page comes first below, then the office that handles each step in your state.

Something on a page looks wrong

  • A fact in a table. Each table row has a footnote number; the source list near the bottom of the page links the handbook, bulletin or rule and shows the date we read it. If that document now says something different, follow the document. Facts are rechecked when a vendor publishes a new handbook or a state changes a rule, and one correction updates every page that shows the fact.
  • A practice answer you disagree with. Hold it up against that exam’s outline: the Pearson VUE or PSI national outline, or the state law page the question sits on. Every question has been through a second reviewer, but where your state’s statute or the commission’s rule says otherwise, the rule decides.
